a) When visiting this Website

When visiting our website www.mayrfeld.com the browser used on your device will automatically send certain information to the server of our website. By clicking on the map or activating the map function, Google Maps receives information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, your personal data is transmitted to Google regardless whether or not you are logged in via a user account with Google. 7. YouTube

On our site, we also use the video portal “YouTube” by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter “Google Ireland”). This implementation is based on Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR, whereby our legal interest lies in the smooth integration of the videos and the appealing design of our website.

In this context, we use a plug-in to integrate YouTube videos on our site, which prevents YouTube from collecting data from users of our site even before they click on a video on our website. By clicking on a YouTube video on our website, you consent to the processing of your personal data by Google Ireland in the manner described below.

When you access an embedded YoutTube video, a connection to Google’s servers is established and in doing so, the content is displayed on the website by communicating it to your browser. In this context, your personal data will be collected, transferred, stored, disclosed and used by Google, and transferred to, and stored and used in, the U.S., Ireland, and any other country in which Google does business, regardless of your country of residence. This occurs regardless of whether or not you are logged in a user account provided by Google.
